Inspection Reports
After your home inspection is complete,
a web link will be sent which will open the inspection report. This is usually ready the same day or the next day at the latest.
Each report will include a detailed description of all defects found and recommended repairs. A summary report of any defective
items is also included. Inspection reports don't just address defective issues but also have information on items that are
in good condition. Photos are included on most items so there is no uncertainty on what is being discussed. Reports can be
printed and viewed as necessary.
