Permanent Foundation Inspection for Manufactured Housing
- Required by VA, FHA, USDA insured loans for most mortgage lenders.
- $360 + mileage
- Foundation repairs to FHA standards available ($850 - $1,250 depending on house size)
Structural Evaluations and Repair
- Full Report and Recommendations (foundations, insect damage, etc.) Expert witness service available. Retaining and tall basement wall design. Deck failure analysis
- $ 130 per hour plus travel expenses ($150 minimum charge) includes report and documentation
Moisture Inspection for EIFS Synthetic Stucco Homes (Dryvit® or equivalent systems)
- 1-story home (1 or 2-sided) $350 initial inspection / $150 2nd inspection following repair
- 1-story home (3 or 4-sided) $500 initial inspection / $180 2nd inspection
- 2 – 3 story home (1 or 2-sided) $450 initial inspection / $180 2nd inspection
- 2 – 3 story home (3 or 4-sided) $550 initial inspection / $230 2nd inspection
- Homes over 6,000 ft2 add $50 / level (1-story) or $100 / level (2-story)
- Homes over 10,000 ft2 add $200
- Travel over 50 miles roundtrip will require mileage charge
